Hello LL community! We hope you’re looking forward to Laclede’s LAN Fall 2022 as much as we are! We have some important updates concerning parking at the event we’d like to share with you today.
Due to some unanticipated-but-necessary construction work, we will not be able to use the Laclede parking garage that we normally do for this event. We’ll still be able to unload at the cul-de-sac on the southwestern corner (Grand and Laclede) of the Busch Student Center as we normally do, but instead of going to the normal garage, we’ll be using the Olive-Compton garage as shown in the below image. Although a bit longer, this walk is through the Saint Louis University Campus, and maps will be provided while dropping off equipment if requested. Additionally, we will provide shuttle rides to and from the parking garage during select times:
We’d like to thank Saint Louis University for assisting us in working around this unexpected issue. Thanks to the golf carts and some other quick thinking, we expect this to pose only a minor inconvenience to attendees.
We greatly appreciate your understanding (event planning is hard) and can’t wait to see you all on Saturday!
