Our next charity LAN party will be February 12-13, 2022 at the Saint Louis Science Center. Tournaments include DOTA2, League of Legends, Rocket League, Valorant, and a Minecraft build challenge. Hello gamers and friends of Laclede’s LAN!
It’s been a while, but we’ve been working behind the scenes, meeting just as regularly as we always have, investigating new possibilities for our events and keeping watch for our next opportunities.
Right now, what we can say is that we are planning to have Laclede’s LAN events again in 2022. We’ll provide details as soon as we have them finalized. The pandemic is still a concern, and there are still unknowns, but the situation has stabilized enough for us to be cautiously optimistic. Quality LAN events are our passion and always will be, but our first priority is the health and safety of everyone involved.
...Though it hurts to do it, we are officially cancelling Laclede's LAN Fall 2020, due to the ongoing health situation.
While all of you are doing the socially responsible thing and staying home, we thought it would be nice to do a little online gaming during what was, until recently, a LAN party weekend.
After a lot of deliberation, we've decided to err on the side of caution and do what we think is best for the city and all of our friends. Confirmed cases of Coronavirus have hit Missouri, and the CDC is asking everyone in areas like ours to stay home from public events if at all possible.
