When | Saturday August 16th - 4:00 PM to Sunday August 17th - 4:00 PM. OVERNIGHT EVENT; exterior doors locked between 2 AM to 8 AM. |

21+ | This event is restricted to those who are 21 years and older. All participants must show a government-issued photo ID and sign a waiver at the door. |
Event Basics
- Each ticket includes 4 drinks (beer on tap or mixed)! Additional drinks can be purchased.
- A continental breakfast (with mimosas) is included!
- Soda will be available (while supplies last).
- External food and non-alcoholic drink are allowed; no outside alcohol is permitted on-site.
- You will need to bring your own 25’ network cable. Here is an affordable one.
- Don’t leave valuables in your car overnight.
Bring Your Own Network Cable
Unlike previous LL events, all participants should bring a 25 foot network cable. We’ll have a few extras to spare for those willing to make a donation.

Venue
While venue security has been stepped up, do not leave valuables in your vehicle overnight!
Venue | The LAN is held at The Bellwether Hall, an event space. Signs will help direct you. |
Entry | From 2 AM to 8 AM, the LAN Party will be under a lock-in . During this time you will be able to exit the venue, but will not be able to enter (or re-enter). |
Parking | The venue includes a dedicated parking lot, within a short walk of the event space. DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR CAR OVERNIGHT |
Event Rules
These rules apply to everyone attending. They can change without notice.
- All attendees are responsible for purchasing a ticket.
- You must be 21 years or older to enter the space, during this event. You must show a photo ID and sign our waiver to be able to attend our event.
- You are expected to drink responsibly. The on-site bartender has the right to cut you off.
- You are responsible for your actions and equipment. We are not liable for anything that happens to you or your equipment.
- No outside alcohol is permitted; if found, you will may be asked to leave the event without refund. No drugs are permitted on the premises.
- Do not attempt to steal items from the event or anyone else. Legal consequences will be a result.
- Act in a responsible and mature fashion. We want good sportsmanship in a fun environment.
- Do not bring any type of hacks/viruses/etc. to the event.
- Listen to those in charge.
- Laclede’s LAN and The Bellwether Hall reserve the right to remove anyone from the premises for any reason deemed fit.
- Failure to follow these rules is grounds for dismissal from the event at the admins’ discretion.
